Full Terms & Conditions
1. This Promotion is open to those aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally association with this Promotion.
2. Entrants must ensure that their participation (including acceptance of any prize) is lawful in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. This Promotion is void where void under local national laws. The Promoter will not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual's participation, or as to any other aspect of any Promotion.
3. This Promotion is void where local laws or regulations prohibit such participation.
4. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address are required.
5. Promotion Period: Enter between 11:00 BST on the 28 April 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 31 May 2026 inclusive.
6. To Enter: Visit https://competition.nationschampionshiprugby.com/union-hospitality-giveaway/en/landing, select your supported Union (see clause 7 for choice of Unions) and complete the online form to provide your details (full name, email address, date of birth, country of residence) to be entered into the relevant Union Prize Draw. To gain 10 bonus entries, entrants can then complete a survey asking them about their knowledge of Nations Championship, their likelihood to attend the finals weekend, and other questions designed to determine level of fandom.
7. Further Entry Details & Conditions:
a. The Union the entrant selects will be the relevant Prize Draw the entrant enters.
b. The Unions entrants can choose from are the following:

8. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
a. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;
b. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
c. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
d. contains any content which has been created by an AI tool or which has been influenced by AI; or
e. promotes any political agenda.
9. Maximum of 1 entry and 10 bonus entries from the completion of the survey is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.
10. The Prizes: There will be 1 winner per Union Prize Draw. There will be 10 winners in total. Each winner will win 2 x Hospitality Tickets to respective Home Union match during the Nations Championship 2026 (subject to Promoter’s discretion). The Home Union match will be one of the following (see table below).
11. Further Prize Details & Conditions:
a. The Prize is for tickets only. Transport, accommodation, food, drink, transfers and spending money is not included.
b. Tickets will be administered in the full name of the winner and their guest. The winner and their guest may need to provide a valid form of ID such as driving licence when entering a stadium and may be refused admission if they cannot verify their identity as the named ticket holder. The winner is responsible for providing correct details and the Promoter will not be liable for any mistakes made.
c. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
d. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and activities are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
e. The guest must be aged 18+.
f. The winner will receive their tickets via email.
g. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
h. Tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available. If the winner is unable to attend or cancels the booking after confirming acceptance of the Prize, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund of any expenses incurred will be provided.
i. Dates of the matches are subject to change (e.g. if televised match, schedule may dictate).
j. The winner and their guest will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers or Promoter if the match or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
k. If for any reason any match is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion not reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
l. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
m. The winner and their guest must comply with the relevant terms and conditions of the premise and matches. The premise and event organisers shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
n. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the match/venue, they must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
o. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which forms part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the match/venue.
p. All tickets issued shall be subject at all times to the ticket terms and conditions of the relevant Stadium. The use of a ticket to enter the match constitutes acceptance of the Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Entry. q. The winner and their guest must comply with the relevant Stadium Ground Regulations.
r. Entry to the stadium is subject to the normal conditions of entry to the stadium. The Promoter shall not be liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions. Winners are subject to screening by the stadium based on their conditions of entry and we are not liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions.
s. Winners will be subject to a name check against any rugby club, venue or sporting banning orders as well as the national police database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. The Promoter may check winners name and their guest.
t. Those who are on a rugby banning order, banned from any sports events or on a list of known “hooligans” will be disqualified.
u. The relevant stadium shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
v. Nations Championship Final Dates are subject to change at the discretion of Nations Championships. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the any part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
w. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including transfers and spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
x. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
y. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
12. Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received to each of the Union Prize Pool during the Promotion Period. The 10 Prize draws will be conducted by The Team, within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
13. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 14 working days of Winner Selection and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. A reserve winner may have less time to respond.
14. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing hello@email.nationschampionshiprugby.com within a further 28 days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
15. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to hello@email.nationschampionshiprugby.com. Winners can object to their details being published by emailing hello@email.nationschampionshiprugby.com during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
16. The Promoter may request that the winner participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
17. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winner through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
18. Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.
19. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
20. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20179) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
22. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
23. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 24. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
25. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
26. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
27. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
