Full Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to those aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally association with this Promotion.

2. Entrants must ensure that their participation (including acceptance of any prize) is lawful in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. This Promotion is void where void under local national laws. The Promoter will not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual's participation, or as to any other aspect of any Promotion.

3. This Promotion is void where local laws or regulations prohibit such participation.

4. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address are required.

5. Promotion Period: Enter between 09:00 GMT on the 3 March 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 5 April 2026 inclusive.

6. To Enter: Visit https://competition.nationschampionshiprugby.com/premium-finals-tickets-trip/en/landing and complete the online form to provide your details (full name, email address, date of birth, country of residence) to be entered into the Prize Draw. To gain 10 bonus entries, entrants can then complete a survey asking them about their knowledge of Nations Championship, their likelihood to attend the finals weekend, and other questions designed to determine level of fandom.

7. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

a. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;

b. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;

c. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;

d. contains any content which has been created by an AI tool or which has been influenced by AI; or

e. promotes any political agenda.

8. Maximum of 1 entry and 10 bonus entries from the completion of the survey is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

9. The Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x trip to London on 26 – 30 November 2026 to attend the Nations Championship Finals for the winner and 1 guest including:

a. Return transport for the winner and 1 guest based on most relevant form of public transport (either via plane or train) to London from the winner’s home address. Plane travel would include return economy flights from an international airport near to the winner’s home address to London and train travel would include first class return tickets from a train station near the winner’s address to London. Transport is subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion (see clause 10. w. for further details);

b. 4 nights’ accommodation in a standard double room at a minimum 4* hotel with breakfast, exact hotel details are subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion;

c. 2 x Premium Ticket Multi-day Bundle for the winner and 1 guest for the Nations Championship Finals on 27 – 29 November 2026 at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham. Each Premium Ticket Multi-day Bundle includes Premium seating and entry to each day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) of the Nations Championship Finals.

10. Further Prize Details & Conditions:

a. The Prize is for tickets, transport and accommodation with Breakfast only. Food, drink, transfers and spending money is not included.

b. Tickets will be administered in the full name of the winner and their guest. The winner and their guest may need to provide a valid form of ID such as driving licence when entering a stadium and may be refused admission if they cannot verify their identity as the named ticket holder. The winner is responsible for providing correct details and the Promoter will not be liable for any mistakes made.

c. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.

d. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and activities are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.

e. The guest must be aged 18+.

f. The winner will receive their tickets via email.

g. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.

h. Tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available. If the winner is unable to attend or cancels the booking after confirming acceptance of the Prize, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund of any expenses incurred will be provided.

i. Dates of the matches are subject to change (e.g. if televised match, schedule may dictate).

j. The winner and their guest will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers or Promoter if the match or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.

k. If for any reason any match is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion not reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.

l. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.

m. The winner and their guest must comply with the relevant terms and conditions of the premise and matches. The premise and event organisers shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.

n. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the match/venue, they must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.

o. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which forms part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the match/venue.

p. All tickets issued shall be subject at all times to the ticket terms and conditions of the Allianz Stadium. The use of a ticket to enter the match constitutes acceptance of the Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the Allianz Stadium. q. The winner and their guest must comply with the Allianz Stadium Ground Regulations.

r. Entry to the stadium is subject to the normal conditions of entry to the stadium. The Promoter shall not be liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions. Winners are subject to screening by the stadium based on their conditions of entry and we are not liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions.

s. The Allianz stadium shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.

t. The trip must be taken between the 26 November 2026 and 30 November 2026. These dates cannot be changed. If the winner would like to extend their trip, return transport dates (flight or train) can be amended during the Winner Notification Process, subject to Promoter’s discretion. Accommodation is only provided for the dates stated above and cannot be changed.

u. Dependent upon the winner’s home address, the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternate appropriate transport to London. Alternative appropriate transport could include direct or indirect trains to London. Direct flights may not be available, and indirect flights may be provided. The route is determined at the Promoter’s discretion.

v. Airline seats are subject to availability.

w. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.

x. The winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.

y. Flight extras are not included in the Prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).

z. Travel confirmed with the Promoter must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted.

aa. The winner and their guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same rooms in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. All elements must be taken together.

bb. The Promoter will pay the cost of a standard double room plus related room taxes.

cc. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.

dd. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.

ee. The winner and their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel. Any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. In the event the winner or their guest is unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.

ff. The Prize will be forfeited if:

i. the winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;

ii. the winner has any travel/immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within pre-booked period; or

iii. the winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.

gg. It will be the winner’s and their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.

hh. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize.

ii. Nations Championship Final Dates are subject to change at the discretion of Nations Championships. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the any part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

jj. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including transfers and spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

kk. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.

ll. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.

11. Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize draw will be conducted by Wasserman, within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

12. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 14 working days of Winner Selection and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. A reserve winner may have less time to respond.

13. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing hello@email.nationschampionshiprugby.com within a further 28 days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

14. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to hello@email.nationschampionshiprugby.com. Winners can object to their details being published by emailing hello@email.nationschampionshiprugby.com during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

15. The Promoter may request that the winner participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

16. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winner through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

17. Entrants must complete their details using their legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.

18. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.

19. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.

20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20179) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

21. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

22. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 23. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

24. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

25. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

26. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
